Wisconsin Act 377, enacted in April 2014, sets weight and length limits for IoH and Ag CMV, with specific exemptions, especially in regard to Category B IoH. It also allows local government officials to pass resolutions or ordinances regarding the maximum gross vehicle and axle weight limits for Implements of Husbandry (IoH) and Agricultural Commercial Motor Vehicles (Ag CMVs) operating upon roads under their jurisdiction.
