Make copies of real estate documents, vital records, financing statements, military discharges, and survey maps. Assist customers in doing title searches, genealogy searches, transfer joint property, and answer questions about real estate documents.

Record, file, index, and maintain documents authorized by law to be recorded. File and maintain vital records (birth, death, and marriage). File and maintain UCC Real Estate financing statements. Make and deliver, upon receipt of proper fees, certified and uncertified copies of documents of record. See Chapter 59-43(1) of Wisconsin Statutes for further information.
