GIS DATA AND FORMS AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD

Download Zipped ESRI 10.2 File Geodatabase of County's GIS Data: The file is 16mb and contains parcels, taxroll table, subdivisions, CSM's, MCD's, PLSS sections, lakes, rivers, road centerlines (with address ranges), road ROW polygon, railroads, address points.

Download Digital Aerial Imagery Via UW Madison Wisconsin View Website: The aerial photo is available in 18" color geo TIFF's tiled by quarter quads that are about 15mb each and projected in WTM.

Custom GIS Data and/or Map Request: This form contains the fee schedule for custom GIS datasets and maps available through the Land Information Office. Complete the form and mail the request along with payment to the Green County Land Information Office, 1016 16th Avenue, Monroe, WI 53566. Please contact our office with any questions regarding this form.

Plat Book Order Form: Green County resells plat books published by Rockford Map Publishers. The cost is $35 if purchased in person and $40 if purchased and mailed to a US address.  *2017 books will be available in April, 2015 is available now*

Digital Plats of Survey:We have made our Plats of Survey available digitally. They are sorted by volume and page number. Each volume also has an index folder to look up owners by name.

The Land Information Office coordinates land information projects within the county, between county & local governments or state and local governments and among local governmental units, the federal government, and the private sector.

Green County Land Information Plan: The State of Wisconsin requires each county to author a land records modernization plan every 3 years to drive the direction of land records modernization in each county.
