The Circuit Court office files and maintains all documentation to preserve the official records of the courts for the following case types:
- Probate
- Juvenile
- Mental
- Adoptions
- Guardianships
- Termination of Parental Rights
The Circuit Court office also manages the court calendar.

Public Information
|
All court records in the Circuit Court office are confidential except for probate files. All other files for the State of Wisconsin are on the Circuit Court Automation System (CCAP) and can be viewed at http://www.wcca.wicourts.gov
